RoyalCellz Refund & Returns Policy

1. Overview and Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RoyalCellz. This policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned or refunded.

  • Return Window: We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused (non-installed), in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase (order number) is required for all returns.

2. Condition-Specific Return Guidelines

Due to the technical nature of our products, specific conditions apply:

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, permanently modified, or physically damaged after delivery.
  • Any item where the manufacturer’s or our protective film/warranty stickers have been removed or tampered with.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards or digital products.

4. Warranties and Defective Items

If a part is found to be defective before installation, we will replace it or issue a full refund.

  • Testing Requirement: All technical parts (screens, batteries, etc.) must be tested prior to final installation. Testing should be done by connecting the component to the device logic board without fully adhering or mounting it.
  • Process: If an item is DOA (Dead on Arrival) or defective during pre-installation testing, please contact us immediately at contact@royalcellz.ca with your order number and a clear description of the defect. We will provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping for verified defective parts.

5. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., received incorrect or defective merchandise).

6. Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@royalcellz.ca to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the correct shipping address.

  • Customer Responsibility: For all non-defective returns, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
