These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the RoyalCellz website (www.royalcellz.ca) and the purchase of products from the company. By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Conditions

• Acceptance: By placing an order, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.
• Modification: We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Product and Pricing

• Accuracy: We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
• Currency and Tax: All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable sales tax will be added to the price of the products as required by law.
• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

• Order Confirmation: Your placement of an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team.
• Shipping Risk: Title and risk of loss for all purchased merchandise passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

4. Technical Disclaimer and Installation Warranty (Crucial Section)

RoyalCellz sells electronic components and parts intended for repair professionals. The use of our products requires technical skill and specialized tools.

• Limitation of Liability: You acknowledge that improper installation of parts can result in damage to the part itself or the host device. RoyalCellz is not liable for any damage to devices, injury to persons, or loss of data resulting from the installation or attempted installation of our repair parts.
• Limited Warranty: We offer a limited warranty covering parts that are Defective On Arrival (DOA) or exhibit a manufacturing fault prior to installation.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused during installation (e.g., ripped flex cables, cracked glass, stripped screws, water damage).
  • Installation Voids the Return Policy: Once the product has been permanently installed, used with adhesive, or the protective plastic film/warranty sticker has been removed, the item is no longer eligible for a standard return or refund. The warranty claim becomes strictly limited to pre-verified manufacturing defects.
• Pre-Installation Testing: You agree to fully test all screens, batteries, and flexible circuit board assemblies before removing any protective film or applying permanent adhesive. Failure to test before removal will automatically limit your claim options.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Our return policy is outlined in detail in our separate Refund & Returns Policy document, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
• You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us before shipping any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to processing fees.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
